- Asbestos Management Plan: Creation and provision of a plan (where applicable).
- On-site Audits & Inspections Primary schools receive three dedicated site inspections, comprising:
- Audit 1: Statutory Compliance Audit

- Audit 1 (Statutory Compliance): A deep dive into your paperwork and certifications to ensure you are meeting all legal obligations.
- Audit 2 (Site Walk): A physical inspection of the premises to identify potential hazards or maintenance issues.
- Fixed Outdoor Play Equipment Inspection: Includes on each visit RPII Operational inspection of fixed outdoor play apparatus.

Making Audits Easy
We know the word “Audit” can be stressful. Our mission is to make our partnership the easiest part of your school year. We’ve spent 15 years refining a transition process that is low-impact for staff but high-value for leadership.
1. The Discovery Session
We start with a “zero-pressure” conversation. We look at your current systems and identify what’s working well. We don’t come in to tear things down; we come in to build them up.
2. The Elite Safety in Education Onboarding
Once you choose a package, we handle the heavy lifting. We gather your existing documentation, set up your new policy frameworks, and introduce ourselves to your team so they know they have a friend at the end of the phone.
3. Continuous Momentum
Safety isn’t a one-day event. We provide a clear, prioritised action plan after every visit. We don’t just give you a list of “problems”—we provide the solutions, the forms, and the advice to fix them smoothly.

How soon can you deliver the services to our school?
We will work around your time schedules, to ensure you are supported as soon as required.
Do you offer online training aswell as face-to-face courses?
We do yes, we offer multiple online courses, please email us to find out more.
Do you offer annual outdoor play inspections?
Yes, our inspectors are RPII fixed outdoor play annual accredited. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
What if we need a bespoke training course?
We offer a wide range of training courses, face to face aswell as online. However, if you do need a bespoke course, we are more than happy to assist with this and put something together for you.
Do we need a consultancy agreement to access training courses?
No, everyone is welcome to use us for training and also fire risk assessments and fire door surveys.
Where are you based?
We are based in the West Midlands; however we offer services outside of the midlands also.
Do you offer bespoke consultancy agreements?
We do offer bespoke agreements, please get in touch with us to talk further.
Can you carry out training on-site at our school?
We can certainly send out one of our trainers to your school, however there is a minimum number of delegates required for this.
Are you a chartered consultancy?
Yes, Elite Safety in Education are registered as occupational safety and health consultants
Do you offer any additional services?
We do, we also offer fire door inspections, fire risk assessments and annual outdoor play inspections
What are your operating hours?
We are open 08:30a.m. till 4:30p.m. Monday to Thursday and 08:00a.m. till 4:00p.m. on Friday
